When will I get my order?
In general, orders received by 12:00 noon Eastern Time (GMT -5) are shipped out the same day. That means we custom manufacture, assemble, inspect, bill and ship your order in less than 5 hours! Exceptions include Xstampers, RoyalMark stamps, and large special orders. They require an extra day or so. If you absolutely need your order right away, include a note in the "instructions" field. This field appears when you're viewing your shopping cart.
When checking out, you will have one or more express shipping options. Your choice will determine how long it takes your order to be delivered after we ship it.
How much is the shipping charge ?
We have very reasonable shipping charges, to almost anywhere in the world.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship to anywhere in Canada. Shipping charges start at $2.99 (US.) For details, including notes about GST, HST, QST, etc., please see our Canadian Shipping page.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to virtually anywhere. Shipping charges start at $3.99 (US) or less. For details, please see our International Shipping page.
How do I make an accent mark?
Most typefaces have a full set of available characters. They are entered differently, depending on whether you're using Windows, Mac or Linux.
For example, to type an "é" with an accent mark in Windows, you can hold down the "alt" key while typing "0233". On a Mac, you hold down the "option" key while typing "e" then type "e" again. Another example: The © (copyright) symbol is entered as "alt" + "0169" in WIndows, or "option" + "g" on a Mac.
On Windows computers, you could also use the "Character Map" application. It's found in the System Tools folder, which is in the Accessories folder, in the Start Menu.
Adobe has a handy chart for Windows and Mac users, showing how to enter most common Latin characters.
More special characters, such as hearts, smiley faces, zodiac symbols and decorative dingbats are available by choosing the Webdings or Wingdings typefaces.
Can I enter non-Latin characters, such as Japanese characters?
You cannot enter Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Greek, etc. characters using our online design system. To create a stamp with non-Latin characters, design the stamp using your own graphics software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw or GIMP (freeware). Then export the image as a 500 dpi (dots per inch) black and white TIF file. ( We also accept BMP, JPEG and GIF formats.) Your image can then be uploaded to your stamp design.
How do I upload my graphic image for a stamp?
When you're designing your stamp online, there are five "tabs" above the text entry area. They are:
"Text", "Spacing", "Ruled Lines", "Borders," and "Graphics." Click on the "Graphics" tab, and then select "upload graphic." You can then browse to the file on your computer.
We recommend 600 dpi (dots per inch)
black and white files. If the server refuses to accept your image, it may be that it is actually a grayscale or RGB color image, or not in a format we can use.
Do you use real rubber for your stamps?
Yes. All our stamps are made on a Trotec Speedy II 100w laser engraver, using real red rubber.
Can I order by phone?
If your order is fairly simple, ordering by phone is fine. You may also download a faxable order form. The order form can be mailed or faxed to us. Our fax numbers are 1-(800) 870-7888 (from USA and Canada) or 1-413-863-6804.
Do you make signature stamps?
Yes, we love making signature stamps. Scan your signature in using a good quality scanner, and save the image as a 600 dpi (dots per inch) black and white TIF file. If you don't have a scanner, just download our faxable order form, fill it out, and mail it to us with a copy of your signature.
Is there really a Simon?
Yes. His real name is Simon Peter Alciere, and you can call and invite him for lunch at 413-863-6800 X 106.

Can I get a self-inking stamp with a special color?
Actually, yes, you can. First order the stamp you want, such as a Trodat Printy or a Heavy Duty Professional. Before designing the stamp, click on the "Choose Ink Color" button, and select "dry" as your ink color. After designing and ordering your stamp, order a bottle of ink. Trodat inks and Ancient Page inks are known to work well with self inking stamps, and we offer almost 4 dozen different colors.
Do you have an affiliate program ?
We did. Unfortunately, we used FusionQuest, a solution provider that kept track of referrals and calculated commissions for us. They suddenly went out of business, taking our affiliate program with them. When we start one up again we'll announce details online..
Can I get another ink than what's listed on the website?
We have several other inks that aren't on the website yet. In addition, we know where you can get special inks for marking on just about anything. We've gotten people epoxy inks, cheese stamping ink, inks for wood, even inks for stamping on brass bells. We can probably find something for you, or tell you who makes it.
I have a problem with my order. What can I do?
We want you to be deliriously thrilled with your order, and we work very hard to make everything perfect. Please contact us and we'll arrange a return or free replacement. We're also very happy to get suggestions and feedback from all of our customers, so don't be shy.
Can I re-order a stamp? My previous order was several years ago.
To save a stamp for later re-ordering, you must first login. Registered customers who are logged in will see a second choice, (next to "add to cart") called "save and add to cart." Choosing "save and add to cart" keeps your order on file so you can order it (with our without modifications) later.
If you didn't save the stamp design online, we may still have it in our database. We'll need your telephone number (the one you gave us when placing the original order) to find it.
